The present Terms and Conditions establish the conditions of hiring our Services. The User acknowledges to be automatically bound by these terms upon payment of the costs of our Services. The payment confirmation automatically confers the User the status of Customer (hereinafter, “you”, “your”, “the Customer”) and binds them to these Terms and Conditions.

 

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with new legislative and/or jurisprudential requirements and/or business needs or interests, at any time and without prior notice to the User and/or Customer. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately, at the same time they are published on this website.

 

These Terms and Conditions will always be available on this website, so that the User and/or Customer can consult them at any time. 

 

The contract for the provision of our Services may be formalized in any of the languages available on our Website at the time, but in any case English wording will prevail in all cases.

The Company nor the present website is not affiliated, enforced, operated, or owned by any Government or Government Agency. This website is not a U.S Department of State website, blank passports can be provided for free at travel.state.gov.

 

The Company is not a law firm and, therefore, does not provide legal advice or representation. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using the Services offered herein. The Services and information offered on this Website do not constitute legal advice and are in no way a substitute for a licensed attorney or specialized law firm. By using our service of Direct processing of the Passport Renewal DS-82, the User expressly authorizes the Company to act on their behalf for the sole purpose of facilitating the online processing of their passport renewal application.

About our services

Through the present website the following services are provided:

 

  • Offering the possibility to users and/or Customers, by a one time sale,  to use a PDF editor in order to complete the desired Passport Application Form. Currently, we offer the following application forms: (i) New Passport DS-11; (ii) Passport Renewal DS-82; (iii) Lost or Stolen Passport DS-64; and (iv) Passport Changesand Corrections DS-5504.

 

Please note, that the Company reserves the right to modify the Services offered on this Website, in accordance with new business needs, objectives or interests, at any time and without prior notice to the user and/or Customer.

 

  • Verifying that the Customer has fulfilled all the information required on the Passport Application Form and, when necessary, contacting the Customer to guarantee that the personal data and private information provided by him/her is truthful, correct, and complete.

 

We strongly recommend that the Customer check the personal data and information on their Passport Application Form before proceeding to the payment page. If the Customer discovers that they have made a mistake when completing their Passport Application Form, please immediately contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. 

 

  • Once the Passport Application Form is completed, we will send the Customer a direct link with their completed Passport Application Form in PDF format, as well as a direct link to personalized instructions regarding the Passport Application Form chosen by the Customer detailing: (i) the next steps that they must follow to complete their application before the corresponding Government Agency; (ii) additional mandatory documents required by the corresponding Government Agency that must be sent by the Customer to them, and; (iii) requirements that the above mentioned documents must comply with in order for the received Passport Application Form can be approved.

 

  • Offering the possibility to users and/or Customers eligible according to the requirements established by the U.S. Government, by a one time sale, to process on their behalf the Passport Renewal DS-82 application from start to finish. This service covers all stages, from the initial collection of the necessary information, the preparation of the application for its submission and, if approved, the Customer will receive the document at the address indicated by it.

 

Users may choose to subscribe to the Premium Subscription, an optional service billed periodically that grants Subscribers access to exclusive benefits, including:

  • Direct access to expert agents with no waiting times. Inquiries and concerns are prioritized over those of One-Time Payment Customers.
  • Assistance in replacing a lost or stolen Passport, with all Company service fees waived. (Government fees still apply.)
  • Priority handling of applications and documents, moving them to the front of the review queue. This benefit is referred to as 'Guaranteed Express Review' in the subscription offer.
  • Monitoring of document expiration dates and proactive preparation of necessary renewals before the document expires. This benefit is referred to as 'Smart Expiration Management' in the subscription offer.

Additionally, on our Website the Users and/or Customers will be able to consult the following information at any time:

 

  • General requirements that government agencies require as long as an individual can apply for an specific Passport Application Form;

 

  • General information that responds to individual queries regarding, among other things, processing times and passport validity. For further information, please check our “FAQS” website section.

 

Direct processing of the Passport Renewal DS-82:

 

By using our service of Direct processing of the Passport Renewal DS-82, the User or Customer expressly authorizes the Company Name to act on their behalf for the sole purpose of facilitating the online processing of their passport renewal application. This includes, but is not limited to, the submission of application data, documentation review, and communication with relevant agencies or platforms.

 

The company acts strictly as an independent intermediary and does not represent or substitute any official government agency or the User or Customer. We do not guarantee the approval, issuance, or timing of any passport application, as final decisions and processing are entirely under the control of the competent governmental authorities.

 

Accordingly, the User or Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall bear no responsibility or liability for:

  • Delays, denials, or rejections of passport applications;
  • Errors or omissions in the information provided by the Customer;
  • Any decisions made by the government authorities in connection with the application process.

The Customer further agrees to hold the Company  harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Where a Customer applies for a specific direct processing of the Passport Renewal DS-82, the Customer  should be aware of the following important information: 

  • By providing their express prior consent, the Customer authorizes the Company to facilitate the online renewal of their passport on their behalf. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company acts solely as an intermediary between the Customer and the relevant government authorities, and does not hold any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the outcome, processing times, or any issues arising from the passport renewal process.
  • The Company does not guarantee the approval, issuance, or timing of the renewed passport and is not responsible for any decisions made by government entities. The Customer fully understands, acknowledges, and expressly accepts that Company's role is limited to assisting in the transmission of information and documentation required for the renewal process, and that all official actions remain under the exclusive control of the competent governmental authorities.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall perform this procedure with the utmost transparency required by the nature of its business processes.

 

Furthermore, we offer a multilingual Customer Service Department that is available at all times to attend to general information inquiries regarding the Passport Application Forms, as well as to resolve any doubts that may arise while completing the desired Passport Application Form. For further information, please see the “Customer Service” section. 

 

Under no circumstance will the Company be held responsible for the approval or denial of the definitive Passport, nor for its issuing. Moreover, once we have sent the Customer their completed Passport Application Form and the corresponding instructions, the Services will have been correctly rendered and subsequently the Company will not be held responsible for processing procedures and times after the receipt. Therefore, the Customer is the only one in charge of submitting their own Passport Application Form to the corresponding Government Agency. 

Hiring our Services

To hire our Services:

 

  • You must be an adult and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, according to the applicable national laws and regulations of your birth and/or residence country. 

 

  • You must guarantee to us you are a parent and/or legal guardian in the case that the Passport Application Form is for a minor.

 

  • When completing a Passport Application Form through our website on behalf of another individual, you must guarantee to us that you have the individual’s consent. For further information, check our Privacy Policy.

 

  • Applicants shall furnish adequate identifying information to ensure the correct document is released. Applicants must provide personal data and/or private information that is truthful, accurate, completed and updated, on the Passport application form selected. Otherwise the U.S. Department of State Office may not approve your Passport application. 

Costs

We are completely upfront regarding the costs of our Services. 

 

One-Time Payment Service Costs

 

The price of our private service and the price of each add-ons will be shown separately. You will make a single payment for all contracted services. These costs do not include any Government fee for the issuance of the passport or documents related to it, with the exception of the Direct processing of the Passport Renewal (DS-82), for which you should pay in advance the government renewal fees to our Company. There are no surprises or hidden extra charges. 

 

The total costs of our Services are shown on the “Order summary” that  is shown at all times while fulfilling your passport application form and on the Services payment page, so you are correctly informed at all times of the costs to be paid.

 

Our private service fee may change from time to time due to business strategy, objectives or needs. The new service fee will be effective immediately, at the same time it is published on this website, and can be implemented without giving prior notice to Users and/or Customers. However, the new service fee is not retroactive and it will not affect Customers who have already purchased our services before the change. 

 

Additionally, please note that the Government can also modify its fees at any time, being a circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

 

Moreover, it must be highlighted that our rate is expressed in US dollar (USD / $), with all current and applicable taxes included. If the Customer incurs any commission for currency exchange or surcharges imposed by the Customer’s bank or by the issuer of the Customer’s card, our company will not be held responsible for it and, therefore, will not grant the Customer any compensation or reimbursement for such circumstances.

 

Premium Subscription Costs

 

The costs of the Premium Subscription are additional to the One-Time Payment Service and will be billed recurrently according to the plan selected by the Customer. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled by the Customer before the renewal date, as established in these Terms and Conditions.The current prices are as follows:

 

  • Monthly Plan: $11.99
  • Annual Plan: $99.99

The Premium Subscription starts on the date of the initial purchase and the Customer agrees that the corresponding fee will be charged to the same payment method used for the original payment.

Once payment has been completed, the Company will send a payment confirmation email containing the details and conditions of the subscription plan, along with instructions on how to cancel (unsubscribe).

 

The fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD / $), with all applicable taxes included. The Company may adjust subscription fees from time to time based on business needs, strategy, or objectives. 

New fees take effect immediately upon publication on this Website and are not retroactive. Any such changes will apply no earlier than the next Subscription Period. Any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or card issuer surcharges are the responsibility of the Customer; the Company is not liable and will not provide compensation or refunds for these fees.

If the Customer cancels the subscription, the plan remains active until the end of the current subscription period, after which it will terminate automatically. The Customer may cancel their subscription plan as described in the “Cancellation of Subscription Plans” section of these Terms and Conditions.

Payments

You may use different methods of payment to purchase our Services. The payment methods we accept are indicated on our website and/or the Services payment page.

 

Do not attempt to make a payment in any way other than those specified on our website. If you do, we will not be liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise from this action.

 

By confirming the payment of the costs, you acknowledge and confirm that:

You have been informed and agree with the costs of the selected Services. You have been informed that the Government fees are not included in the costs of our Services and the add-ons selected, with the exception of the Direct processing of the Passport Renewal (DS-82) service as detailed in the 'Costs' section. The debit/credit card used for the payment is yours or you are the legitimate holder. Therefore, the Company will not assume any responsibility in case you are not the holder or legitimate holder of the card, since this circumstance is beyond our reasonable control. However, if necessary, the Company will provide appropriate cooperation to the Customer and/or law enforcement and/or judicial authorities, for the detection and/or investigation of fraudulent operation(s) linked to the debit or credit card used to make payment of the Services.

Please be informed that:

The billing descriptor that will appear on your bank statement is easegov.com. If your debit/credit card has been blocked/declined/expired, we will be unable to process the payment of the costs and, therefore, our services will not be rendered. For any financial problems you might be experiencing, please contact your bank. Credit cards may be subjected to checks and authorizations by the issuing bank. If said entity does not authorize the intended payment, the selected Service will not be provided. We will not assume any type of responsibility for lack of provision and/or delays in the provision of the Service selected due to delays in approving the planned charge and/or denial of the transaction.

Furthermore, in the event that Customers detects an undue or unacknowledged charge in connection with our Services on the card used to contract them, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible by writing to them at info@easegov.com to ensure that we can correctly assist you, as well as take the corresponding steps that the Company deems appropriate.

All Merchants of Record  will make and manage the collection of the total costs of the Services and, where appropriate, refunds made to and/or requested by the Customer. For further information, please see the "Refund Policy" section.

 

All Merchants of Record  will also issue the invoice for the charges made, when required by the Customer to the Customer Service. The Customer expressly authorizes the Merchant of Record to send the invoice in an electronic format, although you can also indicate to our Customer Service your desire to receive a paper invoice, in which case we will send it in this format to the postal address that you indicate to us.

 

All Merchants of Record  has put in place the maximum measures to ensure the reliability and security of communications and interactions between the Users and/or Customers and this website in a completely secure manner. In this regard, please note that the payment card data is transmitted directly through a secure connection to the information systems of our payment service provider(s). Therefore, we do not have access to or store your complete payment card data.

Technical means for correcting errors

Prior to making payment for the costs of our Services make sure you review all the personal data and other private information you have provided on your application form and make changes if necessary. If you have made an error, it is important that you correct it before proceeding to the payment page, since your Passport Application Form will be created with the exact information provided by you.

 

Likewise, if you detect an error in the charges made by the Merchant of Records on your bank statement for the costs of our Services, you can contact our Customer Service Department to resolve the situation through one of its channels (email, Contact Form).

Refund Policy

Our Customer Service team is available Mon-Fri 5am - 7pm PT to help you with any question and/or request about our service and/or website. You can contact us through these means:

Our Customers may also contact us to request a refund, in accordance with the terms established in our Terms and Conditions. In this sense, please bear in mind that:

 

One-Time Payment Refund

 

  • Entering your payment information constitutes your agreement to the price of the services offered through this website. The price is displayed on the payment page and in the confirmation email you receive once the payment process is completed.
  • A refund must be requested within a maximum of 120 calendar days from the date of the payment confirmation email. After this period of time, no refund requests will be approved, except in particular cases, depending on the circumstances of the Customer.
  • A refund request should be sent to the Customer Service team via email: info@easegov.com or via this Contact form, which should be completed with: (i) the same personal data provided in the passport form you completed and (ii) the application reference code you received with your payment confirmation email; in order to properly identify your Customer file, as well as for reasons of security and confidentiality of personal data. It is mandatory to determine your identity as our customer in order to proceed with the refund. Otherwise, it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
  • If a refund request is approved, the reimbursement will be made to the same payment method that you used to pay the services. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the refund has been issued. Depending on the customer’s bank, the refund process can take up to ten (10) business days from the confirmation e-mail to be completed. 

 

Premium Subscription Refunds

 

  • This refund policy is strictly applicable only to the recurring service fees of the Premium Subscription (monthly or annual) and does not apply to the One-Time Payment Service. 
  • Customers subscribed to the Premium Subscription (monthly or annual) may request a refund of the total amount paid for the subscription fee within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the initial purchase, provided that no Premium Services have been used. After this 7-day period or once Premium Services have been used, no refund will be issued.
  • A Premium Service is considered used if the Customer has contacted Priority Support, requested proactive document renewal, or received the Guaranteed Express Review.
  • Acceptance of the Premium Services offered through this website constitutes your agreement to the price of the services offered through this website. The price is displayed on the subscription plan selection page and in the confirmation email you receive once the payment process is complete.
  • A refund must be requested within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of the payment confirmation email. After this period of time, refund requests will not be approved, except in particular cases, depending on the Customer's circumstances.
  • A refund request must be sent to the Customer Service team by email: info@xxxxx.com or via this Contact Form, which must be completed with: (i) the personal details provided (ii) the reference code of the request you received with your payment confirmation email; to correctly identify your Customer file, as well as for reasons of security and confidentiality of personal data. It is mandatory to determine your identity as our customer in order to proceed with the refund. Otherwise, it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
  • If a refund request is approved, the reimbursement will be made to the same payment method that you used to pay the services. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the refund has been issued. Depending on the customer’s bank, the refund process can take up to ten (10) business days from the confirmation e-mail to be completed. 

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, please note that, regardless of the service or  plan subscribed to:

 

  • We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Requesting a refund through your bank does not guarantee a refund and is a slower process than contacting our Customer Service. Before contacting your bank, we recommend that you contact us as we will be able to deal with your request more quickly. Your bank will ask you for a valid reason for the refund request. Our Company carefully reviews refund requests through bank entities and those  requests considered as fraudulent are reported to the competent authorities, together with all customer data associated with the transaction, in compliance with our legal obligations and legitimate defense of our interests and rights. 
  • Notwithstanding any refund policy described herein, all refunds are strictly limited to the service fees paid directly to the Company for the specific contracted service (One-Time Payment or Subscription). This refund expressly excludes any government filing fees, state fees, notary fees, shipping fees, printing and packaging fees, related taxes, or other surcharges imposed by third-party entities or the Customer's bank.
  • If you detect an undue or unacknowledged charge in connection with our services on the card used to purchase them, please contact our Customer Service team by writing to them at info@easegov.com or via this Contact form so we can assist you, as well as take the corresponding steps that the Company deems appropriate.

Withdrawal Right and Cancellation

In accordance with the exceptions established by the currently applicable laws and regulations, being that the Passport Application Form and the Premium Services  are clearly personalized services, the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal once the Services have begun or any Premium Service has been activated.

 

The Customer subscribed to the Premium Plan can cancel a subscription at any time. If cancellation is requested, the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period (monthly or yearly) and is then automatically canceled. No refund is given for the remainder of the period, as the service remains fully available until its expiration.

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, for further information regarding cancellations and reimbursements, Customers can check the following section of these Terms and Conditions.

Exemption of Liability 

In accordance with the “About our Services”, “Hiring our Services” and “Refund Policy” sections of the present Terms and Conditions, the Company (nor any of its officers, directors and employees) will not assume any responsibility for the following circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control:

 

  • Submitting the Passport Application Form by the Customer themselves before the corresponding Government Agency, the processing times, and the response time is handled by the corresponding Government Agency. In this sense, changes in applicable government policies, regulations or requirements of the Government Agency are beyond our control.

 

  • Difficulties in obtaining a passport. The result of the corresponding Government's Agency decision (approval or denial) regarding the Passport Application Form as it is an exclusive competence of the Government.

 

  • Facing obstacles with the corresponding Government Agency as a result of fraudulent, erroneous, incomplete, and/or inaccurate information provided by the Customer within the Passport Application Form. The Customer shall be solely responsible for any inaccuracy or falsity of the information provided as well as for the outcome (approval or denial) of their Passport application, and the Company shall not be held liable for any consequences or damages that may arise as a consequence thereof.

 

  • Exceeding the scope of the insurance contracted (either as a One-Time Payment add-on or as a benefit included in the Premium Plan), or for the Customer exercising the insurance after 120 days from the day he/she receives the payment confirmation email for our services.

 

  • Failure by the Customer to take timely action after receiving a proactive renewal notification, or any governmental error or delay in the document renewal process, despite having contracted the Smart Expiration Management service. Delays in response or resolution of inquiries, even for Premium Subscribers utilizing Priority Support or 'Skip-the-Line' benefits, where such delays are caused by unforeseen spikes in demand, technical failures, or circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.
  • The Company's internal accelerated processing or 'Guaranteed Express Review' (Priority handling of applications) only applies to the time of internal management and preparation of the application before submission. It does not guarantee, imply, or affect the processing times, review periods, or final decision made by the competent governmental authority.
  • Any claims for the replacement of a lost or stolen Passport or KTN Number that seek to recover government fees, taxes, shipping, or third-party costs; the waiver in the Premium Subscription is strictly limited to the Company’s service fees only.

 

The Company acts strictly as an intermediary and technological facilitator. Therefore, no fiduciary, legal advice, or trusted advisor relationship exists between the User and/or Customer and the Company under these Services.

 

Furthermore, the Company will not be held responsible if:

 

  • the Customer is not an adult nor who has the legal capacity to contract in accordance with the laws and regulations of his/her country and hire the Services. The Company will not assume any responsibility for access to this website by Users under the required legal age according to the applicable laws and regulations of their country of birth or residence, it being the sole responsibility of parents and/or legal guardians to exercise adequate control over the activity and/or use of the Internet by their dependent minors; nor for preventing their access to websites whose content is not suitable or recommended for minors, or the sending of personal data without the prior authorization of their parents or legal guardians.

 

  • the Company has received an adult’s personal data and/or private information, by means of the Passport Application Form, by an individual without having requested their consent to communicate their personal data to us. In such a case, the Company will inform the person involved how their personal data and/or private information has been collected and, where appropriate, we will ask the individual who provided the personal data to the Company to confirm he/she requested the consent of the data subject and, where appropriate, to resolve this situation.

 

  • the Company has received a minor’s personal data and/or private information, by means of the Passport Application Form, provided by an individual who is not their parent and/or legal guardian. However, as soon as the Company detects and/or becomes aware of this circumstance, it will proceed to take the appropriate measures to fix the situation.

 

On this basis, the maximum liability of our Company is limited to the total amount of the fee collected, without limitation. Therefore, other additional fees and/or quantities claimed by the Customer for any of the circumstances above mentioned will not be attended.

Our Customer Service Department will take care of your queries, suggestions, complaints and/or claims (including requests for reimbursement) regarding our professional services. We always welcome customer feedback and will be pleased to hear your opinion about our professional services, in order to continue improving our professional services as well as the contents of our website.

 

Your request will be answered as soon as possible and, in any case, within the time limits provided for in current applicable legislation.

 

For Customers with a Premium Subscription, inquiries and concerns are prioritized and granted direct access to expert agents with no waiting times, as detailed in the "About our services" section.

 

Please be informed, it is possible that, for security reasons, the Customer Service team may ask you to provide personal data and/or information regarding your Passport Application Form or Subscription Plan in order to verify the identity of the interested person as our Customer, before proceeding to address your request.

It is important to note that depending on the type of request made by the Client, it will usually be answered and/or resolved immediately while others will require internal procedures. The response to your request will be sent, for security reasons, to the contact email that the Customer provided when completing our passport application forms. 

Be aware, we carefully process each individual question/email, so we will respond to you in the shortest time frame possible and, in any case, within the deadline established by the applicable laws and regulations.

 

Please be informed, it is possible that, for security reasons, the Customer Service Team may ask you to provide personal data and/or information regarding your subscription plan in order to verify your identity and that you are our Customer, before proceeding to address your request.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the currently applicable US laws and regulations. 

 

In case of controversy or disagreement between the Customer and the Company arising from these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to submit their resolution, at their free choice and expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, to the competent Courts and Tribunals of the place of residence of the Customer. 

 

The non-exercise by the Company of any right provided or derived from these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed, under any circumstances, as a waiver of said right, unless expressly and in writing renounced by the Company or by the legal prescription of the action, according to the applicable current law or regulation.

 

The nullity, total or partial, of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, will not affect the validity of the other provisions.

About our services

Through the present website the following services are provided:

 

  • Offering the possibility to users and/or Customers, by a one time sale,  to use a PDF editor in order to complete the desired Passport Application Form. Currently, we offer the following application forms: (i) New Passport DS-11; (ii) Passport Renewal DS-82; (iii) Lost or Stolen Passport DS-64; and (iv) Passport Changesand Corrections DS-5504.

 

Please note, that the Company reserves the right to modify the Services offered on this Website, in accordance with new business needs, objectives or interests, at any time and without prior notice to the user and/or Customer.

 

  • Verifying that the Customer has fulfilled all the information required on the Passport Application Form and, when necessary, contacting the Customer to guarantee that the personal data and private information provided by him/her is truthful, correct, and complete.

 

We strongly recommend that the Customer check the personal data and information on their Passport Application Form before proceeding to the payment page. If the Customer discovers that they have made a mistake when completing their Passport Application Form, please immediately contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. 

 

  • Once the Passport Application Form is completed, we will send the Customer a direct link with their completed Passport Application Form in PDF format, as well as a direct link to personalized instructions regarding the Passport Application Form chosen by the Customer detailing: (i) the next steps that they must follow to complete their application before the corresponding Government Agency; (ii) additional mandatory documents required by the corresponding Government Agency that must be sent by the Customer to them, and; (iii) requirements that the above mentioned documents must comply with in order for the received Passport Application Form can be approved.

 

  • Offering the possibility to users and/or Customers eligible according to the requirements established by the U.S. Government, by a one time sale, to process on their behalf the Passport Renewal DS-82 application from start to finish. This service covers all stages, from the initial collection of the necessary information, the preparation of the application for its submission and, if approved, the Customer will receive the document at the address indicated by it.

 

Users may choose to subscribe to the Premium Subscription, an optional service billed periodically that grants Subscribers access to exclusive benefits, including:

  • Direct access to expert agents with no waiting times. Inquiries and concerns are prioritized over those of One-Time Payment Customers.
  • Assistance in replacing a lost or stolen Passport, with all Company service fees waived. (Government fees still apply.)
  • Priority handling of applications and documents, moving them to the front of the review queue. This benefit is referred to as 'Guaranteed Express Review' in the subscription offer.
  • Monitoring of document expiration dates and proactive preparation of necessary renewals before the document expires. This benefit is referred to as 'Smart Expiration Management' in the subscription offer.

Direct processing of the Passport Renewal DS-82:

 

By using our service of Direct processing of the Passport Renewal DS-82, the User or Customer expressly authorizes the Company Name to act on their behalf for the sole purpose of facilitating the online processing of their passport renewal application. This includes, but is not limited to, the submission of application data, documentation review, and communication with relevant agencies or platforms.

 

The company acts strictly as an independent intermediary and does not represent or substitute any official government agency or the User or Customer. We do not guarantee the approval, issuance, or timing of any passport application, as final decisions and processing are entirely under the control of the competent governmental authorities.

 

Accordingly, the User or Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall bear no responsibility or liability for:

  • Delays, denials, or rejections of passport applications;
  • Errors or omissions in the information provided by the Customer;
  • Any decisions made by the government authorities in connection with the application process.

The Customer further agrees to hold the Company  harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Where a Customer applies for a specific direct processing of the Passport Renewal DS-82, the Customer  should be aware of the following important information: 

  • By providing their express prior consent, the Customer authorizes the Company to facilitate the online renewal of their passport on their behalf. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company acts solely as an intermediary between the Customer and the relevant government authorities, and does not hold any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the outcome, processing times, or any issues arising from the passport renewal process.
  • The Company does not guarantee the approval, issuance, or timing of the renewed passport and is not responsible for any decisions made by government entities. The Customer fully understands, acknowledges, and expressly accepts that Company's role is limited to assisting in the transmission of information and documentation required for the renewal process, and that all official actions remain under the exclusive control of the competent governmental authorities.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall perform this procedure with the utmost transparency required by the nature of its business processes.

 

Furthermore, we offer a multilingual Customer Service Department that is available at all times to attend to general information inquiries regarding the Passport Application Forms, as well as to resolve any doubts that may arise while completing the desired Passport Application Form. For further information, please see the “Customer Service” section. 

 

Under no circumstance will the Company be held responsible for the approval or denial of the definitive Passport, nor for its issuing. Moreover, once we have sent the Customer their completed Passport Application Form and the corresponding instructions, the Services will have been correctly rendered and subsequently the Company will not be held responsible for processing procedures and times after the receipt. Therefore, the Customer is the only one in charge of submitting their own Passport Application Form to the corresponding Government Agency. 

Hiring our Services

To hire our Services:

 

  • You must be an adult and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, according to the applicable national laws and regulations of your birth and/or residence country. 

 

  • You must guarantee to us you are a parent and/or legal guardian in the case that the Passport Application Form is for a minor.

 

  • When completing a Passport Application Form through our website on behalf of another individual, you must guarantee to us that you have the individual’s consent. For further information, check our Privacy Policy.

 

  • Applicants shall furnish adequate identifying information to ensure the correct document is released. Applicants must provide personal data and/or private information that is truthful, accurate, completed and updated, on the Passport application form selected. Otherwise the U.S. Department of State Office may not approve your Passport application. 

Costs

We are completely upfront regarding the costs of our Services. 

 

One-Time Payment Service Costs

 

The price of our private service and the price of each add-ons will be shown separately. You will make a single payment for all contracted services. These costs do not include any Government fee for the issuance of the passport or documents related to it, with the exception of the Direct processing of the Passport Renewal (DS-82), for which you should pay in advance the government renewal fees to our Company. There are no surprises or hidden extra charges. 

 

The total costs of our Services are shown on the “Order summary” that  is shown at all times while fulfilling your passport application form and on the Services payment page, so you are correctly informed at all times of the costs to be paid.

 

Our private service fee may change from time to time due to business strategy, objectives or needs. The new service fee will be effective immediately, at the same time it is published on this website, and can be implemented without giving prior notice to Users and/or Customers. However, the new service fee is not retroactive and it will not affect Customers who have already purchased our services before the change. 

 

Additionally, please note that the Government can also modify its fees at any time, being a circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

 

Moreover, it must be highlighted that our rate is expressed in US dollar (USD / $), with all current and applicable taxes included. If the Customer incurs any commission for currency exchange or surcharges imposed by the Customer’s bank or by the issuer of the Customer’s card, our company will not be held responsible for it and, therefore, will not grant the Customer any compensation or reimbursement for such circumstances.

 

Premium Subscription Costs

 

The costs of the Premium Subscription are additional to the One-Time Payment Service and will be billed recurrently according to the plan selected by the Customer. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled by the Customer before the renewal date, as established in these Terms and Conditions.The current prices are as follows:

 

  • Monthly Plan: $11.99
  • Annual Plan: $99.99

The Premium Subscription starts on the date of the initial purchase and the Customer agrees that the corresponding fee will be charged to the same payment method used for the original payment.

Once payment has been completed, the Company will send a payment confirmation email containing the details and conditions of the subscription plan, along with instructions on how to cancel (unsubscribe).

 

The fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD / $), with all applicable taxes included. The Company may adjust subscription fees from time to time based on business needs, strategy, or objectives. 

New fees take effect immediately upon publication on this Website and are not retroactive. Any such changes will apply no earlier than the next Subscription Period. Any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or card issuer surcharges are the responsibility of the Customer; the Company is not liable and will not provide compensation or refunds for these fees.

If the Customer cancels the subscription, the plan remains active until the end of the current subscription period, after which it will terminate automatically. The Customer may cancel their subscription plan as described in the “Cancellation of Subscription Plans” section of these Terms and Conditions.

Payments

You may use different methods of payment to purchase our Services. The payment methods we accept are indicated on our website and/or the Services payment page.

 

Do not attempt to make a payment in any way other than those specified on our website. If you do, we will not be liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise from this action.

 

By confirming the payment of the costs, you acknowledge and confirm that:

You have been informed and agree with the costs of the selected Services. You have been informed that the Government fees are not included in the costs of our Services and the add-ons selected, with the exception of the Direct processing of the Passport Renewal (DS-82) service as detailed in the 'Costs' section. The debit/credit card used for the payment is yours or you are the legitimate holder. Therefore, the Company will not assume any responsibility in case you are not the holder or legitimate holder of the card, since this circumstance is beyond our reasonable control. However, if necessary, the Company will provide appropriate cooperation to the Customer and/or law enforcement and/or judicial authorities, for the detection and/or investigation of fraudulent operation(s) linked to the debit or credit card used to make payment of the Services.

Please be informed that:

The billing descriptor that will appear on your bank statement is easegov.com. If your debit/credit card has been blocked/declined/expired, we will be unable to process the payment of the costs and, therefore, our services will not be rendered. For any financial problems you might be experiencing, please contact your bank. Credit cards may be subjected to checks and authorizations by the issuing bank. If said entity does not authorize the intended payment, the selected Service will not be provided. We will not assume any type of responsibility for lack of provision and/or delays in the provision of the Service selected due to delays in approving the planned charge and/or denial of the transaction.

Furthermore, in the event that Customers detects an undue or unacknowledged charge in connection with our Services on the card used to contract them, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible by writing to them at info@easegov.com to ensure that we can correctly assist you, as well as take the corresponding steps that the Company deems appropriate.

The Customer expressly authorizes the Merchant of Record to send the invoice in an electronic format, although you can also indicate to our Customer Service your desire to receive a paper invoice, in which case we will send it in this format to the postal address that you indicate to us.

 

All Merchants of Record  has put in place the maximum measures to ensure the reliability and security of communications and interactions between the Users and/or Customers and this website in a completely secure manner. In this regard, please note that the payment card data is transmitted directly through a secure connection to the information systems of our payment service provider(s). Therefore, we do not have access to or store your complete payment card data.

Technical means for correcting errors

Prior to making payment for the costs of our Services make sure you review all the personal data and other private information you have provided on your application form and make changes if necessary. If you have made an error, it is important that you correct it before proceeding to the payment page, since your Passport Application Form will be created with the exact information provided by you.

 

Likewise, if you detect an error in the charges made by the Merchant of Records on your bank statement for the costs of our Services, you can contact our Customer Service Department to resolve the situation through one of its channels (email, Contact Form).

Refund Policy

Our Customers may also contact us to request a refund, in accordance with the terms established in our Terms and Conditions. In this sense, please bear in mind that:

 

One-Time Payment Refund

 

  • Entering your payment information constitutes your agreement to the price of the services offered through this website. The price is displayed on the payment page and in the confirmation email you receive once the payment process is completed.
  • A refund must be requested within a maximum of 120 calendar days from the date of the payment confirmation email. After this period of time, no refund requests will be approved, except in particular cases, depending on the circumstances of the Customer.
  • A refund request should be sent to the Customer Service team via email: info@easegov.com or via this Contact form, which should be completed with: (i) the same personal data provided in the passport form you completed and (ii) the application reference code you received with your payment confirmation email; in order to properly identify your Customer file, as well as for reasons of security and confidentiality of personal data. It is mandatory to determine your identity as our customer in order to proceed with the refund. Otherwise, it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
  • If a refund request is approved, the reimbursement will be made to the same payment method that you used to pay the services. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the refund has been issued. Depending on the customer’s bank, the refund process can take up to ten (10) business days from the confirmation e-mail to be completed. 

 

Premium Subscription Refunds

 

  • This refund policy is strictly applicable only to the recurring service fees of the Premium Subscription (monthly or annual) and does not apply to the One-Time Payment Service. 
  • Customers subscribed to the Premium Subscription (monthly or annual) may request a refund of the total amount paid for the subscription fee within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the initial purchase, provided that no Premium Services have been used. After this 7-day period or once Premium Services have been used, no refund will be issued.
  • A Premium Service is considered used if the Customer has contacted Priority Support, requested proactive document renewal, or received the Guaranteed Express Review.
  • Acceptance of the Premium Services offered through this website constitutes your agreement to the price of the services offered through this website. The price is displayed on the subscription plan selection page and in the confirmation email you receive once the payment process is complete.
  • A refund must be requested within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of the payment confirmation email. After this period of time, refund requests will not be approved, except in particular cases, depending on the Customer's circumstances.
  • A refund request must be sent to the Customer Service team by email: info@xxxxx.com or via this Contact Form, which must be completed with: (i) the personal details provided (ii) the reference code of the request you received with your payment confirmation email; to correctly identify your Customer file, as well as for reasons of security and confidentiality of personal data. It is mandatory to determine your identity as our customer in order to proceed with the refund. Otherwise, it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
  • If a refund request is approved, the reimbursement will be made to the same payment method that you used to pay the services. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the refund has been issued. Depending on the customer’s bank, the refund process can take up to ten (10) business days from the confirmation e-mail to be completed. 

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, please note that, regardless of the service or  plan subscribed to:

 

  • We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Requesting a refund through your bank does not guarantee a refund and is a slower process than contacting our Customer Service. Before contacting your bank, we recommend that you contact us as we will be able to deal with your request more quickly. Your bank will ask you for a valid reason for the refund request. Our Company carefully reviews refund requests through bank entities and those  requests considered as fraudulent are reported to the competent authorities, together with all customer data associated with the transaction, in compliance with our legal obligations and legitimate defense of our interests and rights. 
  • Notwithstanding any refund policy described herein, all refunds are strictly limited to the service fees paid directly to the Company for the specific contracted service (One-Time Payment or Subscription). This refund expressly excludes any government filing fees, state fees, notary fees, shipping fees, printing and packaging fees, related taxes, or other surcharges imposed by third-party entities or the Customer's bank.
  • If you detect an undue or unacknowledged charge in connection with our services on the card used to purchase them, please contact our Customer Service team by writing to them at info@easegov.com or via this Contact form so we can assist you, as well as take the corresponding steps that the Company deems appropriate.

Withdrawal Right and Cancellation

In accordance with the exceptions established by the currently applicable laws and regulations, being that the Passport Application Form and the Premium Services  are clearly personalized services, the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal once the Services have begun or any Premium Service has been activated.

 

The Customer subscribed to the Premium Plan can cancel a subscription at any time. If cancellation is requested, the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period (monthly or yearly) and is then automatically canceled. No refund is given for the remainder of the period, as the service remains fully available until its expiration.

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, for further information regarding cancellations and reimbursements, Customers can check the following section of these Terms and Conditions.

Exemption of Liability 

In accordance with the “About our Services”, “Hiring our Services” and “Refund Policy” sections of the present Terms and Conditions, the Company (nor any of its officers, directors and employees) will not assume any responsibility for the following circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control:

 

  • Submitting the Passport Application Form by the Customer themselves before the corresponding Government Agency, the processing times, and the response time is handled by the corresponding Government Agency. In this sense, changes in applicable government policies, regulations or requirements of the Government Agency are beyond our control.

 

  • Difficulties in obtaining a passport. The result of the corresponding Government's Agency decision (approval or denial) regarding the Passport Application Form as it is an exclusive competence of the Government.

 

  • Facing obstacles with the corresponding Government Agency as a result of fraudulent, erroneous, incomplete, and/or inaccurate information provided by the Customer within the Passport Application Form. The Customer shall be solely responsible for any inaccuracy or falsity of the information provided as well as for the outcome (approval or denial) of their Passport application, and the Company shall not be held liable for any consequences or damages that may arise as a consequence thereof.

 

  • Exceeding the scope of the insurance contracted (either as a One-Time Payment add-on or as a benefit included in the Premium Plan), or for the Customer exercising the insurance after 120 days from the day he/she receives the payment confirmation email for our services.

 

  • Failure by the Customer to take timely action after receiving a proactive renewal notification, or any governmental error or delay in the document renewal process, despite having contracted the Smart Expiration Management service. Delays in response or resolution of inquiries, even for Premium Subscribers utilizing Priority Support or 'Skip-the-Line' benefits, where such delays are caused by unforeseen spikes in demand, technical failures, or circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.
  • The Company's internal accelerated processing or 'Guaranteed Express Review' (Priority handling of applications) only applies to the time of internal management and preparation of the application before submission. It does not guarantee, imply, or affect the processing times, review periods, or final decision made by the competent governmental authority.
  • Any claims for the replacement of a lost or stolen Passport or KTN Number that seek to recover government fees, taxes, shipping, or third-party costs; the waiver in the Premium Subscription is strictly limited to the Company’s service fees only.

 

The Company acts strictly as an intermediary and technological facilitator. Therefore, no fiduciary, legal advice, or trusted advisor relationship exists between the User and/or Customer and the Company under these Services.

 

Furthermore, the Company will not be held responsible if:

 

  • the Customer is not an adult nor who has the legal capacity to contract in accordance with the laws and regulations of his/her country and hire the Services. The Company will not assume any responsibility for access to this website by Users under the required legal age according to the applicable laws and regulations of their country of birth or residence, it being the sole responsibility of parents and/or legal guardians to exercise adequate control over the activity and/or use of the Internet by their dependent minors; nor for preventing their access to websites whose content is not suitable or recommended for minors, or the sending of personal data without the prior authorization of their parents or legal guardians.

 

  • the Company has received an adult’s personal data and/or private information, by means of the Passport Application Form, by an individual without having requested their consent to communicate their personal data to us. In such a case, the Company will inform the person involved how their personal data and/or private information has been collected and, where appropriate, we will ask the individual who provided the personal data to the Company to confirm he/she requested the consent of the data subject and, where appropriate, to resolve this situation.

 

  • the Company has received a minor’s personal data and/or private information, by means of the Passport Application Form, provided by an individual who is not their parent and/or legal guardian. However, as soon as the Company detects and/or becomes aware of this circumstance, it will proceed to take the appropriate measures to fix the situation.

 

On this basis, the maximum liability of our Company is limited to the total amount of the fee collected, without limitation. Therefore, other additional fees and/or quantities claimed by the Customer for any of the circumstances above mentioned will not be attended.

Our Customer Service Department will take care of your queries, suggestions, complaints and/or claims (including requests for reimbursement) regarding our professional services. Your request will be answered as soon as possible and, in any case, within the time limits provided for in current applicable legislation.

 

For Customers with a Premium Subscription, inquiries and concerns are prioritized and granted direct access to expert agents with no waiting times, as detailed in the "About our services" section.

 

Please be informed, it is possible that, for security reasons, the Customer Service team may ask you to provide personal data and/or information regarding your Passport Application Form or Subscription Plan in order to verify the identity of the interested person as our Customer, before proceeding to address your request.

It is important to note that depending on the type of request made by the Client, it will usually be answered and/or resolved immediately while others will require internal procedures. Be aware, we carefully process each individual question/email, so we will respond to you in the shortest time frame possible and, in any case, within the deadline established by the applicable laws and regulations.

 

Please be informed, it is possible that, for security reasons, the Customer Service Team may ask you to provide personal data and/or information regarding your subscription plan in order to verify your identity and that you are our Customer, before proceeding to address your request.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the currently applicable US laws and regulations. 

 

In case of controversy or disagreement between the Customer and the Company arising from these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to submit their resolution, at their free choice and expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, to the competent Courts and Tribunals of the place of residence of the Customer. 

 

The non-exercise by the Company of any right provided or derived from these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed, under any circumstances, as a waiver of said right, unless expressly and in writing renounced by the Company or by the legal prescription of the action, according to the applicable current law or regulation.

 

The nullity, total or partial, of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, will not affect the validity of the other provisions.

By using our service of Direct processing of the Passport Renewal DS-82, the User expressly authorizes the Company to act on their behalf for the sole purpose of facilitating the online processing of their passport renewal application.

About our services

Through the present website the following services are provided:

 

  • Offering the possibility to users and/or Customers, by a one time sale,  to use a PDF editor in order to complete the desired Passport Application Form. Currently, we offer the following application forms: (i) New Passport DS-11; (ii) Passport Renewal DS-82; (iii) Lost or Stolen Passport DS-64; and (iv) Passport Changesand Corrections DS-5504.

 

Please note, that the Company reserves the right to modify the Services offered on this Website, in accordance with new business needs, objectives or interests, at any time and without prior notice to the user and/or Customer.

 

  • Verifying that the Customer has fulfilled all the information required on the Passport Application Form and, when necessary, contacting the Customer to guarantee that the personal data and private information provided by him/her is truthful, correct, and complete.

 

We strongly recommend that the Customer check the personal data and information on their Passport Application Form before proceeding to the payment page. If the Customer discovers that they have made a mistake when completing their Passport Application Form, please immediately contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. 

 

  • Once the Passport Application Form is completed, we will send the Customer a direct link with their completed Passport Application Form in PDF format, as well as a direct link to personalized instructions regarding the Passport Application Form chosen by the Customer detailing: (i) the next steps that they must follow to complete their application before the corresponding Government Agency; (ii) additional mandatory documents required by the corresponding Government Agency that must be sent by the Customer to them, and; (iii) requirements that the above mentioned documents must comply with in order for the received Passport Application Form can be approved.

 

  • Offering the possibility to users and/or Customers eligible according to the requirements established by the U.S. Government, by a one time sale, to process on their behalf the Passport Renewal DS-82 application from start to finish. This service covers all stages, from the initial collection of the necessary information, the preparation of the application for its submission and, if approved, the Customer will receive the document at the address indicated by it.

 

Users may choose to subscribe to the Premium Subscription, an optional service billed periodically that grants Subscribers access to exclusive benefits, including:

  • Direct access to expert agents with no waiting times. Inquiries and concerns are prioritized over those of One-Time Payment Customers.
  • Assistance in replacing a lost or stolen Passport, with all Company service fees waived. (Government fees still apply.)
  • Priority handling of applications and documents, moving them to the front of the review queue. This benefit is referred to as 'Guaranteed Express Review' in the subscription offer.
  • Monitoring of document expiration dates and proactive preparation of necessary renewals before the document expires. This benefit is referred to as 'Smart Expiration Management' in the subscription offer.

Direct processing of the Passport Renewal DS-82:

 

By using our service of Direct processing of the Passport Renewal DS-82, the User or Customer expressly authorizes the Company Name to act on their behalf for the sole purpose of facilitating the online processing of their passport renewal application. This includes, but is not limited to, the submission of application data, documentation review, and communication with relevant agencies or platforms.

 

The company acts strictly as an independent intermediary and does not represent or substitute any official government agency or the User or Customer. We do not guarantee the approval, issuance, or timing of any passport application, as final decisions and processing are entirely under the control of the competent governmental authorities.

 

Accordingly, the User or Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall bear no responsibility or liability for:

  • Delays, denials, or rejections of passport applications;
  • Errors or omissions in the information provided by the Customer;
  • Any decisions made by the government authorities in connection with the application process.

The Customer further agrees to hold the Company  harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Where a Customer applies for a specific direct processing of the Passport Renewal DS-82, the Customer  should be aware of the following important information: 

  • By providing their express prior consent, the Customer authorizes the Company to facilitate the online renewal of their passport on their behalf. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company acts solely as an intermediary between the Customer and the relevant government authorities, and does not hold any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the outcome, processing times, or any issues arising from the passport renewal process.
  • The Company does not guarantee the approval, issuance, or timing of the renewed passport and is not responsible for any decisions made by government entities. The Customer fully understands, acknowledges, and expressly accepts that Company's role is limited to assisting in the transmission of information and documentation required for the renewal process, and that all official actions remain under the exclusive control of the competent governmental authorities.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall perform this procedure with the utmost transparency required by the nature of its business processes.

 

Furthermore, we offer a multilingual Customer Service Department that is available at all times to attend to general information inquiries regarding the Passport Application Forms, as well as to resolve any doubts that may arise while completing the desired Passport Application Form. For further information, please see the “Customer Service” section. 

 

Under no circumstance will the Company be held responsible for the approval or denial of the definitive Passport, nor for its issuing. Moreover, once we have sent the Customer their completed Passport Application Form and the corresponding instructions, the Services will have been correctly rendered and subsequently the Company will not be held responsible for processing procedures and times after the receipt. Therefore, the Customer is the only one in charge of submitting their own Passport Application Form to the corresponding Government Agency. 

Hiring our Services

To hire our Services:

 

  • You must be an adult and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, according to the applicable national laws and regulations of your birth and/or residence country. 

 

  • You must guarantee to us you are a parent and/or legal guardian in the case that the Passport Application Form is for a minor.

 

  • When completing a Passport Application Form through our website on behalf of another individual, you must guarantee to us that you have the individual’s consent. For further information, check our Privacy Policy.

 

  • Applicants shall furnish adequate identifying information to ensure the correct document is released. Applicants must provide personal data and/or private information that is truthful, accurate, completed and updated, on the Passport application form selected. Otherwise the U.S. Department of State Office may not approve your Passport application. 

Costs

We are completely upfront regarding the costs of our Services. 

 

One-Time Payment Service Costs

 

The price of our private service and the price of each add-ons will be shown separately. You will make a single payment for all contracted services. These costs do not include any Government fee for the issuance of the passport or documents related to it, with the exception of the Direct processing of the Passport Renewal (DS-82), for which you should pay in advance the government renewal fees to our Company. There are no surprises or hidden extra charges. 

 

The total costs of our Services are shown on the “Order summary” that  is shown at all times while fulfilling your passport application form and on the Services payment page, so you are correctly informed at all times of the costs to be paid.

 

Our private service fee may change from time to time due to business strategy, objectives or needs. The new service fee will be effective immediately, at the same time it is published on this website, and can be implemented without giving prior notice to Users and/or Customers. However, the new service fee is not retroactive and it will not affect Customers who have already purchased our services before the change. 

 

Additionally, please note that the Government can also modify its fees at any time, being a circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

 

Moreover, it must be highlighted that our rate is expressed in US dollar (USD / $), with all current and applicable taxes included. If the Customer incurs any commission for currency exchange or surcharges imposed by the Customer’s bank or by the issuer of the Customer’s card, our company will not be held responsible for it and, therefore, will not grant the Customer any compensation or reimbursement for such circumstances.

 

Premium Subscription Costs

 

The costs of the Premium Subscription are additional to the One-Time Payment Service and will be billed recurrently according to the plan selected by the Customer. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled by the Customer before the renewal date, as established in these Terms and Conditions.The current prices are as follows:

 

  • Monthly Plan: $11.99
  • Annual Plan: $99.99

The Premium Subscription starts on the date of the initial purchase and the Customer agrees that the corresponding fee will be charged to the same payment method used for the original payment.

Once payment has been completed, the Company will send a payment confirmation email containing the details and conditions of the subscription plan, along with instructions on how to cancel (unsubscribe).

 

The fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD / $), with all applicable taxes included. The Company may adjust subscription fees from time to time based on business needs, strategy, or objectives. 

New fees take effect immediately upon publication on this Website and are not retroactive. Any such changes will apply no earlier than the next Subscription Period. Any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or card issuer surcharges are the responsibility of the Customer; the Company is not liable and will not provide compensation or refunds for these fees.

If the Customer cancels the subscription, the plan remains active until the end of the current subscription period, after which it will terminate automatically. The Customer may cancel their subscription plan as described in the “Cancellation of Subscription Plans” section of these Terms and Conditions.

Payments

You may use different methods of payment to purchase our Services. The payment methods we accept are indicated on our website and/or the Services payment page.

 

Do not attempt to make a payment in any way other than those specified on our website. If you do, we will not be liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise from this action.

 

By confirming the payment of the costs, you acknowledge and confirm that:

You have been informed and agree with the costs of the selected Services. You have been informed that the Government fees are not included in the costs of our Services and the add-ons selected, with the exception of the Direct processing of the Passport Renewal (DS-82) service as detailed in the 'Costs' section. The debit/credit card used for the payment is yours or you are the legitimate holder. Therefore, the Company will not assume any responsibility in case you are not the holder or legitimate holder of the card, since this circumstance is beyond our reasonable control. However, if necessary, the Company will provide appropriate cooperation to the Customer and/or law enforcement and/or judicial authorities, for the detection and/or investigation of fraudulent operation(s) linked to the debit or credit card used to make payment of the Services.

Please be informed that:

The billing descriptor that will appear on your bank statement is easegov.com. If your debit/credit card has been blocked/declined/expired, we will be unable to process the payment of the costs and, therefore, our services will not be rendered. For any financial problems you might be experiencing, please contact your bank. Credit cards may be subjected to checks and authorizations by the issuing bank. If said entity does not authorize the intended payment, the selected Service will not be provided. We will not assume any type of responsibility for lack of provision and/or delays in the provision of the Service selected due to delays in approving the planned charge and/or denial of the transaction.

Furthermore, in the event that Customers detects an undue or unacknowledged charge in connection with our Services on the card used to contract them, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible by writing to them at info@easegov.com to ensure that we can correctly assist you, as well as take the corresponding steps that the Company deems appropriate.

All Merchants of Record  will make and manage the collection of the total costs of the Services and, where appropriate, refunds made to and/or requested by the Customer. For further information, please see the "Refund Policy" section.

 

All Merchants of Record  will also issue the invoice for the charges made, when required by the Customer to the Customer Service. The Customer expressly authorizes the Merchant of Record to send the invoice in an electronic format, although you can also indicate to our Customer Service your desire to receive a paper invoice, in which case we will send it in this format to the postal address that you indicate to us.

 

All Merchants of Record  has put in place the maximum measures to ensure the reliability and security of communications and interactions between the Users and/or Customers and this website in a completely secure manner. In this regard, please note that the payment card data is transmitted directly through a secure connection to the information systems of our payment service provider(s). Therefore, we do not have access to or store your complete payment card data.

Technical means for correcting errors

Prior to making payment for the costs of our Services make sure you review all the personal data and other private information you have provided on your application form and make changes if necessary. If you have made an error, it is important that you correct it before proceeding to the payment page, since your Passport Application Form will be created with the exact information provided by you.

 

Likewise, if you detect an error in the charges made by the Merchant of Records on your bank statement for the costs of our Services, you can contact our Customer Service Department to resolve the situation through one of its channels (email, Contact Form).

Refund Policy

Our Customers may also contact us to request a refund, in accordance with the terms established in our Terms and Conditions. In this sense, please bear in mind that:

 

One-Time Payment Refund

 

  • Entering your payment information constitutes your agreement to the price of the services offered through this website. The price is displayed on the payment page and in the confirmation email you receive once the payment process is completed.
  • A refund must be requested within a maximum of 120 calendar days from the date of the payment confirmation email. After this period of time, no refund requests will be approved, except in particular cases, depending on the circumstances of the Customer.
  • A refund request should be sent to the Customer Service team via email: info@easegov.com or via this Contact form, which should be completed with: (i) the same personal data provided in the passport form you completed and (ii) the application reference code you received with your payment confirmation email; in order to properly identify your Customer file, as well as for reasons of security and confidentiality of personal data. It is mandatory to determine your identity as our customer in order to proceed with the refund. Otherwise, it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
  • If a refund request is approved, the reimbursement will be made to the same payment method that you used to pay the services. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the refund has been issued. Depending on the customer’s bank, the refund process can take up to ten (10) business days from the confirmation e-mail to be completed. 

 

Premium Subscription Refunds

 

  • This refund policy is strictly applicable only to the recurring service fees of the Premium Subscription (monthly or annual) and does not apply to the One-Time Payment Service. 
  • Customers subscribed to the Premium Subscription (monthly or annual) may request a refund of the total amount paid for the subscription fee within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the initial purchase, provided that no Premium Services have been used. After this 7-day period or once Premium Services have been used, no refund will be issued.
  • A Premium Service is considered used if the Customer has contacted Priority Support, requested proactive document renewal, or received the Guaranteed Express Review.
  • Acceptance of the Premium Services offered through this website constitutes your agreement to the price of the services offered through this website. The price is displayed on the subscription plan selection page and in the confirmation email you receive once the payment process is complete.
  • A refund must be requested within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of the payment confirmation email. After this period of time, refund requests will not be approved, except in particular cases, depending on the Customer's circumstances.
  • A refund request must be sent to the Customer Service team by email: info@xxxxx.com or via this Contact Form, which must be completed with: (i) the personal details provided (ii) the reference code of the request you received with your payment confirmation email; to correctly identify your Customer file, as well as for reasons of security and confidentiality of personal data. It is mandatory to determine your identity as our customer in order to proceed with the refund. Otherwise, it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
  • If a refund request is approved, the reimbursement will be made to the same payment method that you used to pay the services. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the refund has been issued. Depending on the customer’s bank, the refund process can take up to ten (10) business days from the confirmation e-mail to be completed. 

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, please note that, regardless of the service or  plan subscribed to:

 

  • We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Requesting a refund through your bank does not guarantee a refund and is a slower process than contacting our Customer Service. Before contacting your bank, we recommend that you contact us as we will be able to deal with your request more quickly. Your bank will ask you for a valid reason for the refund request. Our Company carefully reviews refund requests through bank entities and those  requests considered as fraudulent are reported to the competent authorities, together with all customer data associated with the transaction, in compliance with our legal obligations and legitimate defense of our interests and rights. 
  • Notwithstanding any refund policy described herein, all refunds are strictly limited to the service fees paid directly to the Company for the specific contracted service (One-Time Payment or Subscription). This refund expressly excludes any government filing fees, state fees, notary fees, shipping fees, printing and packaging fees, related taxes, or other surcharges imposed by third-party entities or the Customer's bank.
  • If you detect an undue or unacknowledged charge in connection with our services on the card used to purchase them, please contact our Customer Service team by writing to them at info@easegov.com or via this Contact form so we can assist you, as well as take the corresponding steps that the Company deems appropriate.

Withdrawal Right and Cancellation

In accordance with the exceptions established by the currently applicable laws and regulations, being that the Passport Application Form and the Premium Services  are clearly personalized services, the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal once the Services have begun or any Premium Service has been activated.

 

The Customer subscribed to the Premium Plan can cancel a subscription at any time. If cancellation is requested, the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period (monthly or yearly) and is then automatically canceled. No refund is given for the remainder of the period, as the service remains fully available until its expiration.

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, for further information regarding cancellations and reimbursements, Customers can check the following section of these Terms and Conditions.

Exemption of Liability 

In accordance with the “About our Services”, “Hiring our Services” and “Refund Policy” sections of the present Terms and Conditions, the Company (nor any of its officers, directors and employees) will not assume any responsibility for the following circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control:

 

  • Submitting the Passport Application Form by the Customer themselves before the corresponding Government Agency, the processing times, and the response time is handled by the corresponding Government Agency. In this sense, changes in applicable government policies, regulations or requirements of the Government Agency are beyond our control.

 

  • Difficulties in obtaining a passport. The result of the corresponding Government's Agency decision (approval or denial) regarding the Passport Application Form as it is an exclusive competence of the Government.

 

  • Facing obstacles with the corresponding Government Agency as a result of fraudulent, erroneous, incomplete, and/or inaccurate information provided by the Customer within the Passport Application Form. The Customer shall be solely responsible for any inaccuracy or falsity of the information provided as well as for the outcome (approval or denial) of their Passport application, and the Company shall not be held liable for any consequences or damages that may arise as a consequence thereof.

 

  • Exceeding the scope of the insurance contracted (either as a One-Time Payment add-on or as a benefit included in the Premium Plan), or for the Customer exercising the insurance after 120 days from the day he/she receives the payment confirmation email for our services.

 

  • Failure by the Customer to take timely action after receiving a proactive renewal notification, or any governmental error or delay in the document renewal process, despite having contracted the Smart Expiration Management service. Delays in response or resolution of inquiries, even for Premium Subscribers utilizing Priority Support or 'Skip-the-Line' benefits, where such delays are caused by unforeseen spikes in demand, technical failures, or circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.
  • The Company's internal accelerated processing or 'Guaranteed Express Review' (Priority handling of applications) only applies to the time of internal management and preparation of the application before submission. It does not guarantee, imply, or affect the processing times, review periods, or final decision made by the competent governmental authority.
  • Any claims for the replacement of a lost or stolen Passport or KTN Number that seek to recover government fees, taxes, shipping, or third-party costs; the waiver in the Premium Subscription is strictly limited to the Company’s service fees only.

 

The Company acts strictly as an intermediary and technological facilitator. Therefore, no fiduciary, legal advice, or trusted advisor relationship exists between the User and/or Customer and the Company under these Services.

 

Furthermore, the Company will not be held responsible if:

 

  • the Customer is not an adult nor who has the legal capacity to contract in accordance with the laws and regulations of his/her country and hire the Services. The Company will not assume any responsibility for access to this website by Users under the required legal age according to the applicable laws and regulations of their country of birth or residence, it being the sole responsibility of parents and/or legal guardians to exercise adequate control over the activity and/or use of the Internet by their dependent minors; nor for preventing their access to websites whose content is not suitable or recommended for minors, or the sending of personal data without the prior authorization of their parents or legal guardians.

 

  • the Company has received an adult’s personal data and/or private information, by means of the Passport Application Form, by an individual without having requested their consent to communicate their personal data to us. In such a case, the Company will inform the person involved how their personal data and/or private information has been collected and, where appropriate, we will ask the individual who provided the personal data to the Company to confirm he/she requested the consent of the data subject and, where appropriate, to resolve this situation.

 

  • the Company has received a minor’s personal data and/or private information, by means of the Passport Application Form, provided by an individual who is not their parent and/or legal guardian. However, as soon as the Company detects and/or becomes aware of this circumstance, it will proceed to take the appropriate measures to fix the situation.

 

On this basis, the maximum liability of our Company is limited to the total amount of the fee collected, without limitation. Therefore, other additional fees and/or quantities claimed by the Customer for any of the circumstances above mentioned will not be attended.

Our Customer Service Department will take care of your queries, suggestions, complaints and/or claims (including requests for reimbursement) regarding our professional services. We always welcome customer feedback and will be pleased to hear your opinion about our professional services, in order to continue improving our professional services as well as the contents of our website.

 

Your request will be answered as soon as possible and, in any case, within the time limits provided for in current applicable legislation.

 

For Customers with a Premium Subscription, inquiries and concerns are prioritized and granted direct access to expert agents with no waiting times, as detailed in the "About our services" section.

 

Please be informed, it is possible that, for security reasons, the Customer Service team may ask you to provide personal data and/or information regarding your Passport Application Form or Subscription Plan in order to verify the identity of the interested person as our Customer, before proceeding to address your request.

It is important to note that depending on the type of request made by the Client, it will usually be answered and/or resolved immediately while others will require internal procedures. The response to your request will be sent, for security reasons, to the contact email that the Customer provided when completing our passport application forms. 

Be aware, we carefully process each individual question/email, so we will respond to you in the shortest time frame possible and, in any case, within the deadline established by the applicable laws and regulations.

 

Please be informed, it is possible that, for security reasons, the Customer Service Team may ask you to provide personal data and/or information regarding your subscription plan in order to verify your identity and that you are our Customer, before proceeding to address your request.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the currently applicable US laws and regulations. 

 

In case of controversy or disagreement between the Customer and the Company arising from these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to submit their resolution, at their free choice and expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, to the competent Courts and Tribunals of the place of residence of the Customer. 

 

The non-exercise by the Company of any right provided or derived from these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed, under any circumstances, as a waiver of said right, unless expressly and in writing renounced by the Company or by the legal prescription of the action, according to the applicable current law or regulation.

 

The nullity, total or partial, of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, will not affect the validity of the other provisions.
